Captain Planet Foundation

“The mission of the Captain Planet Foundation (CPF) is to support hands-on environmental projects for youth in grades K-12. Our objective is to encourage innovative activities that empower children around the world to work individually and collectively as environmental stewards. Through ongoing education, we believe that children can play a vital role in preserving our precious natural resources for future generations. ”

As chairperson, my work with the Captain Planet Foundation is close to my heart. I am so proud of the work my father put into creating the world’s first environmental superhero and it is a privilege to continue in his footsteps, creating opportunities for environmental education and entertainment for today’s children.

In addition to today’s children, Captain Planet has left a lasting legacy on those that grew up with him. These generations continue the global Planeteer movement, making changes in their own backyards.

The Captain Planet Foundation is one of the strongest supporters of gardening in school programs and various other youth environmental education programs. Please visit the below links to find out more about the foundation and how you can participate.
