{Friday Favorites} HollyBeth’s Natural Luxury

Happy Friday, everyone! Today I’d like to share with you one of my absolute favorite beauty brands, HollyBeth’s Natural Luxury. Not only is this company based in my hometown of Atlanta, it is also certified USDA organic and uses sustainable ingredients. HollyBeth’s uses family-crafted recipes to create wonderful products – from eye cream to body and hair oils to lip balm – that really work, are safer for your body and do not put unnecessary burden on the environment.

The company creates its products in small batches in an old cotton warehouse here in Atlanta and truly has a passion for what they do. Founder HollyBeth says that she fell in love with nature when she was a young girl taking walks through the woods with her grandmother.

HollyBeth’s is open about the ingredients they use in their products, ensuring that they are truly up to the USDA’s organic standards and certified cruelty-free by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics’ Leaping Bunny Program.

Many of the ingredients are derived from herbs, trees, flowers and essential oils.  To reduce its carbon footprint, HollyBeth’s works with local, organic suppliers as much as possible and with farms that practice environmentally-conscious methods.

Additionally, the company gives back to numerous nonprofit organizations, such as Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption, United Methodist Children’s Home, Circle of Hope Women’s Shelter and breast cancer research groups. This is a business that truly walks the walk in terms of its commitment to our community and planet.

HollyBeth’s Hair & Body Silk is definitely a staple in my beauty routine. It contains chocolate peppermint, camellia and argan oils. I use it both to smooth my hair and as a moisturizing body oil.

The line has received national attention in numerous publications, including InStyle, People StyleWatch, Redbook and Southern Living, among many others, making it accessible to environmentally-conscious consumers throughout the country.

While these products can be a bit of a splurge, knowing that they are good for you and your family, and have minimal impact on the environment make them worth it in my book.
